General Codes of Good practice, the Amended Codes of Good Practice were Gazetted in 2013 and further amended in 2019.
General Codes of Good Practice allows for Exempt Micro Enterprises (Turnover of less than R10m per annum) to sign a sworn affidavit. It further allows a Qualifying Small Enterprise (turnover between R10m and R50m per annum) who is at least 51% Black Owned via Flow Through to sign a sworn affidavit.
